Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Singapore Shipping

Standard shipping is $20 for all orders within Singapore. We do offer complimentary shipping for orders above SGD $500. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

Malaysia Shipping

Standard shipping is $80 for all orders within Malaysia. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days.

Indonesia Shipping

Standard shipping is $150 for all orders within Malaysia. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days.

Delivery Information

All orders come with tracking information. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or high order volumes.
