Returns
To qualify for a return:
1. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
2. Everything should be in good, resalable condition
3. Don’t forget your proof of purchase
Just email us at amazekouch@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process. To note, return shipping is on you, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns if it’s past 7 days from delivery and/or if the item has been used, assembled, stained, or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know. If everything’s in order, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Items
Oops! If something’s off with your order, let us know within 48 hours.
Send us an email at amazekouch@gmail.com with your order number and a few clear photos, and we’ll sort it out — either a replacement or a full refund.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries — as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it. Email us right away at amazekouch@gmail.com . Once shipped, we can’t cancel or make changes.
