1. What is a modular play couch?

A modular play couch is a soft, foam-based furniture set made for children to build, climb, rest and play. The pieces are lightweight, stackable and can be rearranged into countless fun shapes — from forts to slides to cozy loungers.

2. What materials are used in the play couch?

Our couches are made with CertiPUR-US® certified high-density foam, ensuring safety and durability. The covers are crafted from soft fabrics like microsuede, teddy fabric/boucle and corduroy. All materials are non-toxic and safe for children.

3. Are the covers removable and washable?

Yes! All covers are removable and washable. We recommend hand washing and air-drying for the best results.

4. Is your product waterproof?

While the covers are machine-washable for easy cleaning, most of our product also includes a waterproof inner lining. This prevents spills from reaching the foam, keeping the core protected.


Shipping & Delivery

5. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Stay tuned as we expand globally!

6. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipping duration varies on location.

Singapore: 3–7 working days

Malaysia & Indonesia: 7–14 working days

7. How much is shipping?

Shipping is $20 for all Singapore orders and free above SGD $500. For other regions, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. You can refer to our Shipping Terms.


Returns & Exchanges

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Kindly refer to our Returns & Refunds to see if your item qualifies for a replacement or refund. Thereafter, do email us at amazekouch@gmail.com to initiate a return.

9. My item is defective or damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry! Please contact us via email at amazekouch@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the defect. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund — hassle free.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Union Pay) and PayNow (Singapore).


Orders & Support

11. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best! Please email us immediately at amazekouch@gmail.com. Once shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.

12. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

13. Do you offer gift wrapping or cards?

Not yet — but we’re working on it! Let us know in your order notes if it’s a gift and we’ll do our best to help.
